The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award is a thrilling and transformative program available to all young individuals aged 14-25. It presents a concept of individual challenge that encourages participants to develop into responsible and active citizens, positively contributing to society. This program provides a balanced, non-competitive, and enjoyable series of voluntary activities designed to promote personal discovery, self-reliance, perseverance, responsibility, and community service.

At Otus Consulting, as an award center, we cover the four critical areas of study: Voluntary Service, Adventurous Journey, Skills, and Physical Recreation, all offered at three levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Students enrolled in this prestigious program will be offered a unique platform for personal growth and skill development. Otus oversees all levels of the award and ensures that participants receive the necessary support and guidance throughout their journey.

The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award is a global initiative recognized in over 140 countries and territories. It equips young individuals aged 14-24 for life, challenging them to push their limits and consistently recognizing their achievements. By participating in the award, students are encouraged to design their program of activities, set personal goals, and challenge themselves to achieve their aims.

For 60 years, the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award has inspired millions of young people to transform their lives. Through its non-formal education approach, this program plays a critical role in personal development, helping participants gain valuable life skills and a broader perspective on the world.

The award comprises three levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold, each with minimum participation requirements. 

1. The Bronze level is open to individuals over 14, with a minimum participation of six months. 
2. The Silver level is designed for those over 15 years, requiring a minimum participation of twelve months. 
3. The Gold level, available for individuals over 16 years, involves a minimum participation period of eighteen months.

Participants must complete all four sections at each level to achieve the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award. These sections include Voluntary Service, where participants volunteer in their communities and positively contribute to society, demonstrating social responsibility. Physical Recreation encourages young people to improve their fitness, performance, and overall well-being, promoting a healthy lifestyle and enhancing mental and physical wellness. The Skills section enables participants to develop their talents, broaden their abilities, increase self-confidence, and improve their employability. Through the Adventurous Journey, young people embark on exciting adventures, gaining a deeper understanding of the environment and the great outdoors.

At the Gold level, participants have the unique opportunity to engage in a Residential Project. This component broadens their experiences by immersing them in an unfamiliar environment with other young people. They participate in worthwhile projects and build new relationships, enhancing personal growth and development.

Tại Otus Consulting, chúng tôi cam kết tạo điều kiện cho học sinh phát huy tiềm năng tối đa, đặc biệt là trong việc theo đuổi giấc mơ du học. Chúng tôi rất hân hạnh được chính thức được công nhận là Trung tâm Giải thưởng tại Việt Nam để tổ chức và triển khai chương trình phát triển bản thân độc đáo, được thiết kế đặc biệt cho học sinh của Otus.

Giải thưởng Quốc tế The Duke of Edinburgh là một sáng kiến toàn cầu được công nhận tại hơn 140 quốc gia và vùng lãnh thổ dành cho các bạn trẻ từ 14-24 tuổi. Nó mang đến một trải nghiệm phát triển cá nhân khuyến khích người tham gia trở thành một công dân trách nhiệm góp phần tạo tác động tích cực đến xã hội. Chương trình này cung cấp một chuỗi hoạt động nhóm, cùng nhau hợp tác và làm việc, các hoạt động khám phá năng lực của cá nhân, khuyến khích học sinh tự tin vào bản thân, kiên nhẫn, trách nhiệm và có tâm thế phục vụ cộng đồng.

Trong vòng 60 năm, Giải thưởng Quốc tế The Duke of Edinburgh đã truyền cảm hứng cho hàng triệu người trẻ thay đổi cuộc sống của họ. Thông qua phương pháp giáo dục trải nghiệm, chương trình này đóng vai trò quan trọng trong phát triển cá nhân, giúp các tham gia viên có được những kỹ năng sống quý giá và một cái nhìn rộng hơn về thế giới.

Giải thưởng bao gồm ba cấp độ: Đồng, Bạc và Vàng, mỗi cấp độ đều có yêu cầu tối thiểu về tham gia.

1. Cấp độ Đồng dành cho cá nhân từ 14 tuổi trở lên, yêu cầu tham gia tối thiểu là sáu tháng.
2. Cấp độ Bạc được thiết kế dành cho cá nhân từ 15 tuổi trở lên, yêu cầu tham gia tối thiểu là mười hai tháng.
3. Cấp độ Vàng, áp dụng cho cá nhân từ 16 tuổi trở lên, yêu cầu tham gia tối thiểu là mười tám tháng.

Tại Otus Consulting, với tư cách là một trung tâm giải thưởng, chúng tôi tổ chức các hoạt động bao gồm bốn lĩnh vực học quan trọng: Thiện nguyện, Hành trình Phiêu lưu, Kỹ năng và Hoạt động Thể chất, tất cả đều được cung cấp ở ba cấp độ: Đồng, Bạc và Vàng. Học sinh tham gia chương trình danh giá này sẽ được cung cấp một nền tảng độc đáo để phát triển bản thân và phát triển kỹ năng. Otus đều giám sát tất cả các cấp độ của giải thưởng và đảm bảo rằng người tham gia nhận được sự hỗ trợ và hướng dẫn cần thiết trong suốt hành trình của mình.
